Ningbo David Medical Device Co., Ltd. at its EGM held on October 15, 2019 approved the appointment of Yu Yongwei, Liu Ping and Xu Fangfang as non-independent director, Zheng Yan, Shi Zhizhen and Mao Kailang as independent director and Li Xianquan and Zhu Yaqing as non-employee supervisor.
