Nikki Co., Ltd. provided year-end dividend guidance for the full year ending March 31, 2016. The company expects to pay year-end dividend of JPY 10.00 per share.
The company announced consolidated earnings results for the third quarter ended Dec. 31, 2015. For the quarter, the company reported net sales of JPY 6,693 million against JPY 7,528 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 696 million against JPY 541 million a year ago. Ordinary income was JPY 694 million against JPY 719 million a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of parent was JPY 466 million against JPY 487 million a year ago. Net income per share was JPY 49.76 against JPY 52.06 a year ago.
For the fourth quarter ending March 2016, on consolidated basis, the company expects net sales of JPY 9,000 million, operating income of JPY 780 million, ordinary income of JPY 710 million, profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 430 million or JPY 45.88 per share.
