Director/PDMR Shareholding

Nighthawk, the US focused oil development and production company (AIM: HAWK and OTCQX: NHEGY) announces that it has been notified that Stephen Gutteridge, Chairman of Nighthawk and Richard Swindells the Company's Chief Financial Officer have today undertaken the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 0.25p ("Shares").

Mr Gutteridge sold 200,000 Shares at 10.75 pence per Share and purchased 125,000 Shares through an ISA account and 75,000 Shares through his SIPP at a price of 10.775 pence per Share.  The above transactions result in no change to Mr Gutteridge's beneficial holding of 2,700,000 Shares.

Mr Swindells sold 107,173 Shares at 10.75 pence per Share and purchased through an ISA account 105,839 Shares at a price of 10.78 pence per Share.  Following these transactions Mr Swindells' holding is 876,803 Shares.
