NICHIDEN Corporation (TSE:9902) acquired remaining 35% stake in Nichiden Vietnam Co., Ltd from Viet Loi Investment Co., Ltd on May 8, 2019. Post-acquisition, Nichiden Vietnam becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of NICHIDEN Corporation.

NICHIDEN Corporation is a Japan-based company engaged in the sale of power transmission systems, industrial machinery and control equipment. The Company is engaged in the sale of industrial equipment such as woodworking machinery and power transmission equipment, the manufacture and sale of automatic equipment and sterilization deodorization equipment, the design and manufacture of hydraulic systems, as well as the operation of portal site. The Company's power transmission equipment products include speed reducers, gearshifts, chain and belt drives, sprockets, couplings, bearings, bearing units, metallic materials and others.
