Well Communications Co., Ltd reported Total revenue of KRW 1.5 billion, Total assets worth KRW 3.6 billion, Total debt of KRW 313 million, Net income of KRW 212 million as on January 31, 2023. Transaction is expected to completed on May 31, 2024.
