(Reuters) - Nexi is in talks to sell Italian assets worth about 800 million euros to infrastructure fund F2i Sgr.

This is according to Bloomberg News, which reports that the Italian payments company is negotiating an agreement with the fund to sell its clearing and digital corporate banking services, and adding that the deal is part of the company's plan to focus on its core business and rationalize its structure.

According to the agency, Nexi is also in talks to sell another Dbs asset, the Atm network, valued at about 100 million euros.

No comment from Nexi, while there was currently no comment from the F2i SGR fund.
