Nexeya inaugurates a new development centre in Toulouse

On 9 October, NEXEYA opened a new development centre, which now counts 150 employees.
The new 5,000m² facility is dedicated to developing electronic products designed mainly for the aeronautics and space markets. It is comprised of several laboratories and a platform for short production runs.
The completion of this new centre adds to NEXEYA's other industrial complexes in Massy (IDF) and La Couronne (Charente). This new site in Toulouse will contribute to reinforcing the Group's capacity to develop products for international markets on two segments: software testing tools and embedded electronics. With firm roots in the Midi Pyrénées region, NEXEYA has developed additional resources favouring exchanges with the local economic fabric and serving major clients such as AIRBUS, THALES and SAFRAN.
Committed to research and development, NEXEYA is currently working on three key development projects:

> A new tool for testing and certifying computer systems embedded in future aircraft.

NEXEYA is a leader on this project, which is led in cooperation with AIRBUS, LIEBHERR, ZODIAC AEROSPACE,
PROMETIL, S2C, IRIT and GFI.

> New energy conversion equipment that can be used aboard aircraft, which is part of our goal to improve the efficiency and performance of embedded electronic systems.

> A range of nano-satellites (less than 5kg) designed for testing systems or data collection applications.
