NEWSAT ANNOUNCES MASTER PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH EUROPEAN BASED SATELLITE OPERATOR

 Master Purchase Agreement with European based satellite operator for the supply and installation of two antennas

 Antennas to be installed at NewSat's teleport facility in Adelaide

NewSat Limited (ASX: NWT, OTCQX: NWTLY), Australia's satellite company, is pleased to announce a new teleport contract with a European based satellite operator. Under the master purchase agreement, NewSat will procure and install 2 x 11 metre antennas to supply ground infrastructure support and provide future satellite services from its teleport facility in Adelaide.

The Master Purchase Agreement is the first step towards a long term role for NewSat supporting this
European based satellite operator in the region. NewSat will host and maintain the ground station in Australia. This contract is another element in the positioning of NewSat in the satellite communications market.
