Sparkle Roll Group Limited provided group earnings guidance for the period ended 29 February 2016. The board of directors of the company announced that based on the preliminary assessment of the latest unaudited management accounts of the group for the period ended 29 February 2016 and the financial information currently available, the Group is expected to record a loss for the year ended 31 March 2016. Such expected loss was mainly as a result of (i) that the Group did not provide any training services or generate any income from training services in respect of initiating knowledge and skill of distributorship of branded automobiles during the financial year; (ii) that the bonus from suppliers for marketing purpose decreased by approximately 50%; (iii) that there was a decline in the Group's revenue of approximately 8% due to the challenging retail condition, despite (a) that there was a slight increase in gross profit; (b) that there was a decrease in selling, general and administrative expenses; and (c) that there was no loss on forward foreign contracts during the financial year.
