Nepes Corporation (KOSE:A033640) agreed to acquire an additional 10.33% stake in NEPES Pte. Ltd. for KRW 10.8 billion on July 25, 2013. Under the terms of the deal, 2.6 million shares will be acquired.
The scheduled acquisition date is July 31, 2013.
