NCL International Logistics Public Company Limited announced that Mrs. Naree Boontherawara has submitted her resignation from the company's Director, Audit Committee, Risk Management Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the company due to the increasing of responsible engagement. The resignation will be effective from January 18, 2019.
