Cornerstone Financial Holdings Limited entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire 30.20% stake in Clarien Group Limited from NCB Financial Group Limited (JMSE:NCBFG) on June 13, 2024. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval. After completion of sale NCB Financial Group will maintain 19.9% stake in Clarien Group.
