NEXTCHIP Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A092600) announced a private placement of 811,200 preferred shares at KRW 6,164 per share for the gross proceeds of KRW 5,000,236,800 on March 4, 2020. The transaction will include participation from new investor InterVest 4th Industrial Revolution Fund II a fund managed by InterVest Co., Ltd. The transaction has been approved by board of directors. The company will raise the funding through third party allotment. The transaction is expected to close on March 6, 2020.
