ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER FOR A NEW LEASE ON THE PROPERTY AT 29 TAI SENG AVENUE, SINGAPORE 534119

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Natural Cool Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary Natural Cool Investments Pte. Ltd. has accepted an offer to enter into a new lease on the property at 29 Tai Seng Avenue ("Property") for a period of five years commencing from 18 August 2020.

The Property is currently leased to the Group for a period of ten years further to a sale and leaseback transaction entered into with HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited in its capacity as trustee of Mapletree Logistics Trust in August 2010, and the existing master tenancy will expire in August 2020.

The Company is of the view that the terms of the new lease are competitive, and commensurate with prevailing market conditions and the Property's location. More importantly, the new lease will provide certainty to the Group's continued occupation and operation of its current business activities at the Property.
