Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited announced that Narayana Health Institutions Private Limited, wholly owned Subsidiary of Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited, has filed an application on 30th January 2023 for Strike-off of its name from the Register of Companies, under Section 248(2) of the Companies Act, 2013. The said wholly owned subsidiary is inoperative since its incorporation and it is found no longer feasible to continue the business. Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited has also given consent for applying to Registrar of Companies for the said strike-off of name of Narayana Health Institutions Private Limited.
