Narayana Hrudayalaya Limited announced that the Board of Directors of the company approved and reconstituted the Committees of the Board. Stakeholders Relationship Committee: Mr. B Muthuraman, Independent Director, as Chairman, Mr. B N Subramanya, Independent Director, as Member, Mr. Viren Shetty, Executive Director and Group COO, as Member; Corporate Social Responsibility Committee: Mr. K Dinesh, Independent Director, as Chairman, Mr. B N Subramanya, Independent Director, as Member, Mr. Viren Shetty, Executive Director and Group COO, as Member.
