Anhui Zhongshang Convenience Store Co., Ltd signed an agreement to acquire Nanjing Central Shopping Center Co., Ltd. from Nanjing Central Emporium (Group) Stocks Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600280) and Nanjing Yunzhong Technology Co., Ltd. for CNY 7 million on September 14, 2018. Payment will be done in 2 installments, 1st installment for 40% of the transactional price to be paid within 30 days since signing of the agreement and a 2nd installment for 60% of the transactional price to be paid before December 31, 2018. In a related transaction, Anhui Zhongshang Convenience Store Co., Ltd signed an agreement to acquire Nanjing Kuaijia Supermarket from Anhui Zhongshang Convenience. The transaction has been approve by the Board of Nanjing Central Emporium (Group) Stocks Co., Ltd.
