Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company (HOSE:NAF) agreed to acquire 99.9% Assets from Nghe An Food Products JSC for approximately VND 310 billion on February 2, 2023. The BOD of Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company approved a plan for the purchase of total property of Nghe An Food Products.
