 The company's board of directors decided to reduce
 the capital of Shanghai Sihe Stainless Steel Products Co., Ltd.by
 USD 2.4 million, and it is expected to further complete the
 liquidation process. The Group assessed that it had lost of control
 over the company on March 31, 2022,  and revised the reporting
 information of monetary loans extended to others filed on
 March and April 2022 according to the Accountant's audit report.
