MSA Declares First Quarter Dividend on Common Stock and Preferred Stock, Payable on March 10, 2019 and March 1, 2019, Respectively

The board of directors of MSA declared a first quarter dividend of 38 cents per share on common stock, payable March 10, 2019 to shareholders of record on February 19, 2019.

The Board also declared a dividend of 56-1/4 cents per share on preferred stock, payable March 1, 2019 to shareholders of record on February 19, 2019.
