?Tainan/Taiwan - June 11th, 2013?- Motech Industries, Inc. ("Motech") today (June 11th, 2013) had re-elected directors and supervisors during its 2013 Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors' Meeting afterward had resolved that Mr. Yung-Hui Tseng (Steve Tseng), the former Vice Chairman of Motech, will take over as chairman of Motech's Board of Directors. The incumbent Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Peng-Heng Chang, was elected as director, makes his first entry into Motech's Board of Directors. Dr. Yuan-Huai Tsuo (Simon Tsuo), the founder of Motech's Solar Division and the former chairman of the Board of Directors, remained as the director and will continue to serve on the board as honorary chairman.
Motech's honorary chairman, Dr. Yuan-Huai Tsuo, indicates that "During more than 32 years of my lifetime, I have dedicated myself to develop a solar career. Now it's time to handover the responsibility and to spend more time with my family. Under the leadership of the new chairman, I am confident Motech will reach to another milestone. And I will keep on participating in the Board of Directors' activities to contribute my experiences."
Mr. Yung-Hui Tseng, Motech's new chairman, says "Serving as chairman is a new responsibility and I will do my best. The company will continue to focus on core business in solar industry by advancing its R&D and manufacturing technology with increasing economies of scale. Motech will progress forward with a steady pace to grow its leading position in solar PV industry and achieve victory in this round of industry competition."

For the past 32 years, Yung-Hui Tseng and Motech's founder, Mr. Fu-Tien Cheng, had witnessed the changes and revolutions within Motech. Dr. Peng-Heng Chang was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Motech since March 2010. Dr. Chang has in-depth knowledge of Materials Engineering and over 30-year experiences in management at multinational technology companies. Looking into the future, Dr. Peng-Heng Chang aims to join the new Board of Directors to further reinforce the company's management and operational excellence.
