As communicated on 1 February 2021, Jan Haglund will step down as CEO of
Komplett Bank. Effective from Wednesday 23 June, Eirik Holtedahl is appointed
interim CEO.

The Board extends its gratitude to Mr. Haglund for his dedication and efforts at
Komplett Bank during his time of service as CEO:

"He has done a terrific job in Komplett Bank, and he will be missed. We wish
Janne all the best on his next step in his career", comments Chairman of the
Board, Stig Eide Sivertsen.

The Board would like to emphasize that the recruiting process has a high
priority, and that the process of finding the right person to take over as a
permanent CEO is well underway.

"In the meantime, the Board is confident that Eirik will fill the interim role
perfectly. He has extensive experience from the consumer banking business in
Europe, and he knows Komplett Bank well from his position as the director of
credit cards", Eide Sivertsen comments.

Eirik Holtedahl has been a member of the management group in Komplett Bank since
2018. He came to Komplett Bank from the Advanzia Bank in Luxembourg where he was
one of the founders. Mr. Holtedahl spent well over 12 years of his career in
Advanzia, most of the time as CFO and deputy CEO.

Mr. Holtedahl was also a co-founder of Bankia Bank, which soon after its
start-up became one of the fastest growing credit cards issuing banks in Norway.
