Tana-art Treethititun signed a memorandum of understanding to acquire 69.5% stake in Bun Company Limited from DNA 2002 Public Company Limited (SET:DNA) for approximately THB 120 million on September 26, 2016. Tana-art Treethititun will acquire 5.6 million shares at THB 21.58 per share. Bun Company reported total asset of THB 90.5 million for the year ended 2015. The transaction is approved by Board of Directors of DNA 2002 Public Company and is expected to be completed within October 2016. The proceeds from the transaction will be used as working capital of Bun Company.
