Monster®, the leading global online careers and recruitment resource and flagship brand of Monster Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: MNST), today announced the availability of Monster Video Profile, a solution that allows employers to easily integrate streaming video into job postings. The new offering will allow employers to extend their brand via employment videos, and help target and attract the best candidates.

Through an alliance with MadDash E-Media, Inc, the leading provider of recruitment video products, Monster Video Profile provides a scope of services including concept creation and consultation along with complete video production and editing. For customers with existing video, Monster Video Profile is available in a hosting and integration-only option, and employers with video on their corporate sites can utilize an integration-only option to place it in their Monster job postings.

?Video integrated into postings allows customers a differentiated way to display their brand and culture while providing job candidates the opportunity to make more informed decisions when applying for jobs,? said Michael Madden, senior vice president, product, Monster. ?Monster Video Profile exemplifies our dedication to innovation and falls within our strategy of partnering with industry leaders to provide our customers with best of breed products.?

?The incorporation of video within an online job advertisement can be used to attract quality candidates in a way that traditional help-wanted ads cannot as it provides job seekers with unparallel insight into an employer during the early stages of the application process,? said Shannon Price, managing partner, MadDash. ?Today's announcement validates MadDash's assertion that the use of online video will soon become an important part of all corporate recruitment.?

Monster Video Profile offers three different products to best accommodate companies' unique hiring goals:

  • Company Close-up:An in-depth company profile that can highlight corporate culture, work environment, employee benefits and industry positioning
  • Company Snapshot:A spotlight, highlighting the employer's culture and workplace benefits
  • Career Insider:Gives job seekers a peek into a ?day in the life? of an employee

In addition, Monster will be available to discuss, and offer demonstrations of the offering at the Global Summit for Online Recruitment Conference and Expo, booth # 115-116, September 18-19.
