On October 18, 2023, we terminated our $2.0 billion revolving credit agreement, dated as of April 6, 2023 (the "Revolving Credit Agreement"), by and among the lenders named in the Revolving Credit Agreement and Mizuho Bank, Ltd., as administrative agent.
