presentation attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K in
connection with presentations to existing and prospective investors. The slide
presentation includes information about the most recent mission of the Company's
Vigoride orbital transfer vehicle. Exhibit 99.1 is incorporated into this Item
8.01 by reference.
