Gruppo MutuiOnline S.p.A. comunica che con efficacia dalla data odierna ha assunto il dr. Alessio Santarelli quale nuovo dirigente con responsabilità strategiche.

Il dr. Santarelli assume l'incarico di Direttore Generale per i businesstradizionali (mutui, prestiti, assicurazioni, tariffe, etc.) della Divisione Broking, con l'obiettivo di rinforzare e accelerare lo sviluppo degli stessi. Al soddisfacimento dei requisiti regolamentari previsti, il dr. Santarelli entrerà altresì nei consigli di amministrazione delle società operanti in tale perimetro. Il dr. Santarelli riporta all'ing. Marco Pescarmona, che manterrà una responsabilità di supervisione sull'attività della Divisione Broking.

Il dr. Santarelli proviene da un'esperienza professionale di oltre 8 anni in Amazon, dove da ultimo ricopriva il ruolo di General Manager del business Kindle e Print on Demand in Europa, con base in Lussemburgo. In precedenza, il dr. Santarelli ha maturato una significativa esperienza lavorativa nel private equity(Barclays Capital) ed in consulenza strategica per istituzioni finanziarie (McKinsey). Nato a Trento nel 1980, il dr. Santarelli è laureato con lode in Economia all'università di Trento ed ha un MBA da INSEAD.

STRENGTHENING OF THE BROKING DIVISION

WITH THE APPOINTMENT OF ALESSIO SANTARELLI AS GENERAL MANAGER

Gruppo MutuiOnline S.p.A. announces that effective today it has hired Alessio Santarelli as the new manager with strategic responsibilities.

Mr. Santarelli takes on the role of General Manager for the traditional businesses (mortgages, loans, insurance, tariffs, etc.) of the Broking Division, with the aim of strengthening and accelerating their development. Upon meeting prescribed regulatory requirements, Mr. Santarelli will also join the boards of directors of the companies operating within this perimeter. Mr. Santarelli will report to Marco Pescarmona, who will retain responsibility for supervising the activities of the Broking Division.

Mr. Santarelli comes from more than 8 years of professional experience at Amazon, where he last held the role of General Manager of the Kindle and Print on Demand business in Europe, based in Luxembourg. Previously, Mr. Santarelli accumulated significant experience working in private equity (Barclays Capital) and strategic consulting for financial institutions (McKinsey). Born in Trento in 1980, Mr. Santarelli graduated with top honours in Economics from the University of Trento and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
