Sirin Mobile Technologies AG announced that it has received $25 million in its seed round of funding from new investor, Singulariteam Ltd. in 2013.
On April 24, 2016, Sirin Mobile Technologies AG closed the transaction. The company amended the terms of the transaction. The company has received additional $47 million to bring the total round to $72 million. The transaction included participation from new investor, Renren Inc., Singulariteam Ltd., and individual investor, Kenges Rakishev for additional tranche.
