Miwon Specialty Chemical Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A268280) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 20,000 shares. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value and to stabilize stock price.
The program will expire on April 26, 2023. As of January 25, 2023, the company had 94,000 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and no shares in treasury under other capacities.
