Minmetals Land Limited Announces Re-Designation of Liu Zeping, Non-Executive Director as an Executive Director and a Deputy Managing Director

The board of directors of Minmetals Land Limited announced that Mr. Liu Zeping has been re-designated from a non-executive director to an executive director and a deputy managing director of the company and appointed as a member of the executive committee of the company with effect from 18 March 2016. Mr. Liu Zeping, aged 47, was appointed as a non-executive director of the company in June 2010.
