Midland Holdings Ltd. announced that Mr. KAN Chung Nin, Tony has been appointed as Non-executive Director, member of the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee of the Company with effect from March 15, 2014. He is currently a Committee Member of the Hong Kong Housing Authority and a Member of the Election Committee of the Chief Executive of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
