Midea Real Estate Holding Limited announced that at its Annual General Meeting held on 22 May 2023, declare a final dividend of HKD 0.80 per ordinary share for the year ended 31 December 2022 with an option for scrip dividend. The final dividend will be payable to the shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of the Company on 1 June 2023 (the "Eligible Shareholders"), with the Eligible Shareholders being
given an option to elect to receive the final dividend all in new shares or partly in new shares and partly in cash or all in cash (the "Scrip Dividend Scheme"). The Scrip Dividend Scheme is subject to the Listing Committee of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited granting the listing of, and
permission to deal in, the new Shares to be issued pursuant thereto. A circular containing details of the Scrip Dividend Scheme together with the relevant form of election will be sent to the Eligible Shareholders on or about 7 July 2023. It is expected that the cheques for cash dividends or, if scrip shares are elected, the certificates for the scrip shares will be sent to the Eligible Shareholders on or about 8 August 2023. For the purpose of determining the identity of shareholders who are entitled to the final dividend, the register of members of the Company will be closed from 30 May 2023 to 1 June 2023, both days inclusive, during which period no transfer of shares shall be effected. All transfer of shares
accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the branch share registrar and transfer office of the Company in Hong Kong, Tricor Investor Services Limited at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong not later than 4:30 p.m. on 29 May 2023.
