THE INJUNCTION REQUEST PRESENTED BY VIVENDI
Mediaset has announced the TAR (regional administrative court) of Lazio today rejected the injunction petition presented by Vivendi on 3 January requesting the suspension of the AgCom resolution n. 178/17/CONS of 18.4.2017.
