MFC Industrial Investment Property and Leasehold Fund is a closed-end property fund with no maturity date. The Fund's objective is to mobilize funds from sales of investment units to purchase, lease or sub-lease properties and procure benefits from such properties. MFC Asset Management Public Company Limited serves as the Fund manager and investment unit registrar. Kasikornbank Public Company Limited serves as the Fund trustee. The Fund enters into sales and purchase agreement of assets in TFD Industrial Estate and Nava Nakorn Industrial Promotional Zone with Thai Factory Development Public Company Limited, which consists of factories in TFD Industrial Estate with land area and factories in Nava Nakorn Industrial Promotional Zone with land area. The Fund also enters into sale and purchase agreement of land and constructions in Laem Chabang Industrial Estate with Total Industrial Services Company Limited.
