MFC Asset Management Public Company Limited Appoints Chumpol Rimsakorn as Independent Director, the Member of the Audit Committee and the Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee

The Board of Director Meeting of MFC Asset Management Public Company Limited held on January 20, 2022 passed the resolution to appoint Mr. Chumpol Rimsakorn to be the Independent Director, the Member of the Audit Committee, and the Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, effective when the said person is approved by the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
