Metalurgica Duque SA (Duque) is a Brazil-based company principally engaged in the manufacture of metal parts for bicycles and motorcycles. The Company organizes its metal products into three main segments: Two Wheels, which consists of parts for bicycles and motorcycles, such as transmission kits, cranks, gears, sets, sprockets, chains and accessories; Automotive, which includes headrest stems, and White Goods, which comprises grids for stoves; painted shelves for refrigerators, and baskets for freezers, among others. In February 2014, the Company has filed for bankruptcy.
