Mercury Systems, Inc. provided earnings guidance for the third quarter ending March 31, 2023 and full fiscal year ending June 30, 2023. For the quarter, the company revenues are forecasted to be in the range of $245.0 million to $260.0 million. GAAP net income is expected to be approximately between GAAP net loss of $5.8 million to GAAP net income of $1.0 million, or GAAP net loss of $0.10 per share to GAAP net income of $0.02 per share.
For the full fiscal year 2023, the company revenues are forecasted to be in the range of $1.01 billion to $1.05 billion, and GAAP net income of $13.9 million to $24.8 million, or $0.24 to $0.44 per share.
