The Company makes a call for those existing shareholders who have not finished the payment for subscribing shares for capital increase. 6.Countermeasures:None 7.Any other matters that need to be specified: (1)The Company makes the call according to Article 142 and paragraph 3 under Article 266 of The Company Act. For those existing shareholders who have not finished the payment for subscribing shares for capital increase, please bring the notification to finish the payment through branches of Cathay United Bank from March 21th, 2022 to April 20th, 2022. The subscribtion right will be lost if the payment is overdue. (2)For existing shareholders who finish the payment during the period, the Company will allot the shares to their accounts under TDCC after the period.
