News Release

TORONTO, ONTARIO, January 15, 2015 - Medworxx Solutions Inc. ("Medworxx") (TSX VENTURE: MWX), a leading healthcare patient flow software solutions provider, is pleased to announce that Groupe hospitalier Paris Saint-Joseph (St. Joseph) has selected Medworxx as their Patient Flow software provider. Located in the South of Paris, France, St. Joseph will implement the Medworxx Clinical Criteria module for 410 Medicine/ Surgery patient beds.

The hospital's decision to implement the Medworxx solution for operational use comes as a result of conducting an Appropriate Length of Stay Audit (ALSA) with Medworxx Clinical Consultants in 2014. The goal of the ALSA was to analyze current patient flow metrics and review recommendations to improve patient flow. "After successfully testing the Medworxx solution, via the ALSA, and reviewing operational results from the UK and Canada, we see that the solution is highly effective in helping organizations to monitor, plan and implement process improvements.  We believe it will be valuable at St. Joseph but also believe the solution is needed in the French Market at large, particularly in this challenging financial situation," said Jean-Patrick Lajonchère, Directeur Général (CEO), Groupe hospitalier Paris Saint-Joseph.

"We now have operational use of the Medworxx solution in three distinct countries with three distinct health systems. We continue to prove that the Medworxx solution is applicable within International markets. The French market represents a large opportunity for Medworxx", says Dan Matlow, President and CEO, Medworxx.

The Medworxx Clinical Criteria module will enable the hospital to identify the clinical appropriateness of each patient's level of care, each day, and will provide clinicians with the ability to match patients with the right level of care, at the right time and in the most appropriate setting. The solution combines a unique methodology, process, communication, technology, and clinical information as a decision support tool for all levels of an organization. The Medworxx Patient Flow Platform provides hospitals with tools to bridge clinical and operational perspectives on daily patient flow -addressing issues of overcapacity, wait times and care coordination.
