During the Annual Meeting of the stockholders of the Company held today, 4 July 2022, the following matters were approved and/or ratified: 1. Presentation and adoption of the President's report and Annual Report and approval of the Audited Financial Statements for the year 2021. 2. Ratification of all acts of the Board of Directors and Management since 7 December 2021, dating the first day the Company became publicly listed in the Philippine Stock Exchange. 3. Election of the Directors (including the Independent Directors) 4. Appointment of Punongbayan & Araullo as external auditor of the Company for 2022. 5. Amendment of the Articles of Incorporation to change the office address of the Company from 7 Pioneer St. cor. Sheridan St., Brgy. Highway Hills, Mandaluyong City to 3rd Flr. Vistamall Hub, C.V Starr Ave., Pamplona Dos, Las Pinas City.
