McPhy Energy SA has named Pavel Komissarov as regional manager for eastern Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) to help speed up development in the region.
Komissarov has built up an over-10-year experience in sales of technological solutions in Russia, and in business development in eastern Europe and the CIS. Previously, Komissarov has worked as business development manager for Russia at French industrial gases group Air Liquide.
