McKay Securities PLC Appoints Nick Shepherd as an Independent Non-Executive Director and as a Member of the Company Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees

McKay Securities PLC announced that Nick Shepherd has been appointed to the Board as an independent non-executive Director and as a member of the company Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees. Nick Shepherd was managing partner of Drivers Jonas from 2001 until 2010 when he led the sale of the business to Deloitte and its subsequent integration. Following this, he joined the Deloitte UK Executive Board and was appointed a Vice Chairman in 2012 before retiring from the business in 2013.

He is a Board member of The Property Income Trust for Charities, Riverside Capital Group Ltd, Innovation City (London) Ltd. and the Reading Real Estate Foundation.
