We would like to announce the decision to appoint the following executives for our consolidated subsidiary McDonald's Company (Japan), Ltd. made at the Board of Directors Meeting today, which will be resolved at the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of McDonald's Company (Japan), Ltd. and the subsequent Board of Directors Meeting to be held on Friday, June 14, 2024. There will be no change to the executives of McDonald's Holdings Company (Japan), Ltd.
