Marwyn Value invests further GBP5 million towards Le Chameau

Marwyn Value Investors Ltd - Says that funds managed by Marwyn Investment Management LLP have made a GBP5 million follow-on investment into Silvercloud Holdings Ltd, through which the investment in bootmaker Le Chameau is held. Says these are intended for Silvercloud to invest in and support the next phase of Le Chameau's expansion plans. Marwyn Value Investors Chief Investment Officer James Corsellis says: "Following growth over the last three years, we are delighted to be able support Le Chameau's expansion plans looking forward to its centenary year in 2027."

Marwyn Value Investors Limited is a United Kingdom-based closed-ended investment company. The investment objective of the Company is to maximize total returns primarily through the capital appreciation of its investments. The Company is a feeder fund which has invested substantially all of its assets into limited partnership interests in the Master Fund. It has no redemption rights for its investment in the Master Fund. The Master Fund has invested in a second master fund, MVI II LP, a private equity fund structure through which the majority of the Master Fundâs investments attributable to ordinary shareholders are made. It invests in sectors that include luxury goods, software, financial, consumer, technology, content, media, and communications. Its investment portfolio includes Le Chameau, AdvancedAdvT Limited, Marwyn Acquisition Company II Limited, Zegona Communications plc, Palmer Street Limited, and others. Marwyn Investment Management LLP (MIM LLP) is the manager of the Company.
