MARVEL DISCOVERY CORP. Marvel Discovery Corp. (TSXV:MARV) has signed an agreement to acquire Pecors West in east of Elliot Lake Ontario for CAD 0.06 million on May 23, 2024. Marvel Discovery has signed an agreement with two vendors to purchase a 100% interest in 18 boundary cell mining claims and 35 single cell mining claims for CAD 10,000 cash payable upon acceptance of the transaction by the TSX Venture Exchange (the ?Effective Date?) and an additional CAD 40,000 cash payable within 6 months from the Effective Date.
On the Effective Date, Marvel must also issue 500,000 common shares and 500,000 share purchase warrants exercisable for a 3-year period at CAD 0.05 per share. All terms are conditional upon regulatory approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
