Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, and in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Securities of the Company, it is informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons and their immediate Relative from April 01, 2024, till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2024.

All the Employees (including Directors) of the Company are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.

The date of the Board meeting shall be intimated separately in due course.
