Mar City is pleased to announce the following changes to its Board of Directors:
Professor Alan Birks CBE as a non-executive director to the Board of Mar City and will also become a member of both the Audit and Remunerations Committees
Michael Brown as a non-executive director to the Board of Mar City and will also become a member of the Remuneration Committee.
