In reference to Current Report No. 8/2016 concerning the conditional resolution of the Board of the National Depository for Securities S.A. ("KDPW") on the registration of 1.772.704 shares of ordinary bearer series F of Zetkama S.A. and the current report No. 10/2016 concerning the admission and introduction of the shares to trading on the main market, provided that the National Depository for Securities on 11 April 2016 registered the shares, The Management Board of ZETKAMA S.A. informs that today received the Operations Department of the National Depository message dated 7 April 2016, which informed that on 11 April 2016 in KDPW will be registered 1.772.704 shares of the Issuer. Shares referred to above will be marked with the code ISIN: "PLZTKMA00017".
Legal basis: § 34 sec. 1 point 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of a non-member state.
