Man King Holdings Limited announced audited consolidated earnings results for the year ended March 31, 2015. For the year, the company reported revenue of HKD 260.845 million against HKD 201.030 million a year ago. Profit before tax was HKD 41.368 million against HKD 48.586 million a year ago.

Profit and total comprehensive income was HKD 34.985 million or HKD 3,798 per basic share against HKD 40.710 million or HKD 4,653 per basic share a year ago. Net cash from operating activities was HKD 8.601 million against HKD 7.334 million a year ago. Purchase of property, plant and equipment was HKD 0.412 million against HKD 0.332 million a year ago.

Revenue increased significantly, mainly due to higher revenue was recognised for four construction projects, including construction of footbridge at Tuen Mun River which commenced construction works in December 2013 and was in full swing during the year ended 31 March 2015, and three other new projects commenced during the year ended 31 March 2015. Profit and total comprehensive income decreased by 14.1%, mainly due to the recognition of listing expenses for the year ended 31 March 2015, and the increase in administrative expenses.
