(1)If the number of the outstanding common shares happens to change, and
thereby the dividend distributing rate for this year's profits distribution
is required to be corrected, the Chairman of the Board of Directors will be
authorized to resolve the relevant issues.
(2)The cash dividends are rounded off to nearest NT dollar, with the removal
of decimal places. The total fractional NT dollar amounts are recognized as
other income in the Company's financial statements.
The shareholders are responsible for the remittance fee and postage fee.
